Lord Have Mercy...its fall!

wow! the fall kicks off with a BANG! feel like i've been running around like a crazy woman - because i have. look at some of the amazing things i've been doing. and there's so much MORE to come.

below are some of my favorite people in the WORLD!  yall this is the YOUNG LIFE staff in the TARHEEL region.  so blessed to know and work alongside these folks! (notice bryan isnt paying attention and is trying to distract me...typical and thats why I LOVE him)

Is This For REAL?

some days when I look back at the people i get to photograph, i am blown away by what a privilege it is to share life with these amazing, beautiful folks.   this summer has been no exception.  i have laughed and laughed with old Young Life kids who are now engaged - sweated it out in the goldsboro sunshine with sweet, growing families - run from thunderstorms in emerald isle - blown dandelions with little kids  - celebrated big milestones - and felt bittersweet that students i have known for years are seniors and graduating.   this summer has been RICH & incredible.   take a look at this small glimpse of summer goodness and get ready for lots of posts there's so much to catch up on!

i love boys.  brand new boys and big brothers.  handsome ties and basketball.  it is glorious chaos.  the strickland family is diving in with both feet.  meet cooper.  their newest addition.  a serious sweetheart.  (especially in his tie...thanks to dad and uncle & RAGS)

this is a family full of happy, beautiful girls & one sweet man.  first it was lillian... now we've added eleanor.  such a privilege to watch this precious family grow & grow up! getting a front row seat to this - gives me the best job in the world! welcome to the coltrera family little eleanor.  - its a cool place.
